We only work by appointment. Therefore, please call ahead to secure your preferred appointment time. You will likewise have to give us your email, a contact telephone number and your Charge card data while holding your spot.

We require 24 hours’ notice for appointments scheduled on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and 48 hours’ notice for appointments scheduled on fridays through Mondays, or a 100% charge per service, in order to better serve our clients.

48 hours reschedule or retraction notice expected for every one of the 2 hours and up bundles booked Monday-Sunday.

If it’s not too much trouble, call us inside the approach time to roll out any improvements for your arrangement.

Treatments and consultations are non-refundable.

Panchakarma Reservation & Cancellation Policy

When you schedule your Panchakarma treatment sessions, a 50% deposit is mandatory with no refund.

At the time of check-out on the first day of your panchakarma session, the remaining half of the payment is due.

After the Panchakarma sessions have started, there will be no refunds.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

We acknowledge no health care coverage or actually look at installment.
